Why were you punished?
I don't exactly remember what happened but maybe like a year a go I was playing Medic vs Engineer zombie survival nothing happened that day no ban then I left the server and then the next time I tried to join it, it and said I was banned when I was not even on the server and I didn't do anything wrong on the day I was playing on it now I can't play any of your servers.
Why should we revoke your punishment?
Because I got banned for no reason and I want to play on your servers
