Choose another death after the other death leaves the game

Ok so, you hate people disconnecting as death? Me too. So what about a system which chooses the next death in list when the death leaves during intermission? So basically how it works is like this:

Death List
1. user1
2. user2
3. user3

User1 is chosen as death, but he leaves the game during countdown, so the system chooses user2 as death after user1 leaves the game during countdown.

Interesting suggestion though I'm not very sure if it is fair against REDs. Just because BLU breaks the rule and leaves, I wouldn't "punish" a RED person who is ready to run through the map. Plus you get "free" 10 points to TFstats. I would be angry if I were the RED who must be BLU now.
Also this would be valid only before the round starts because if death leaves during round, the round is over.
