Id like to moderate as many of these as possible, preferably the LA Highertower x100 server or the NY Highertower x100 server since those are the ones im frequently active on
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I've been contemplating applying for a few weeks.
I want to be one of the super active mods to keep the server(s) cleansed.
I think I should become an admin because of how super active I am and how much I hate people who want to ruin fun for others. I also have experience in moderating many discord servers and a Minecraft server, so i know when someone has ill intent when i see them.

When are you usually available to play?
On weekdays 3:30PM-10:00PM EST, weekends and breaks 9:00AM-4:00AM EST
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Cheating: Instaban, no questions asked
Mic spamming: If the offender is clearly underage, they get permanently muted. if otherwise, a warn, then a 24 hour mute, if they continue after the temp-mute, then a permanent mute, if they begin spamming chat after or during, they will be permanently silenced
Chat spamming: warn, then a 1 hour gag, then a 24 hour gag if they continue after the temp-gags, permanent gag
Exploiting the ranking system: a warn, then their ranks reset, if they continue, warn them again, and if they continue, kick them, if they rejoin and continue, 24 hour ban, give them one warn, then a kick, then if they rejoin doing it again, a permanent ban.
Disrespectful talk in the text or voice chat (racism, sexism, any kind of politics): If the offender is clearly underage, they get permanently muted. if otherwise, warn, then a 24 hour gag/mute, if they continue after the temp-gag/mute, kick them, if they rejoin doing it again, permanent ban
Abusing the reporting/admin-calling system: three warns (in case one or two was a false report or an ignorant person), then a kick, if they come back doing it then a 24 hour ban. if they rejoin doing the same, give them one warn, then a kick, then if they rejoin doing it again, a permanent ban
If they are using pornographic/nsfw/nsfl sprays, warn them to change their spray or to stop posting it. if they continue, kick. if they rejoin and continue, warn them again, then a 24 hour ban. if they rejoin doing the same, give them one warn, then a kick, then if they rejoin a final time doing it again, a permanent ban
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I'm a super active player who really enjoys playing x100 tf2, and the Blackwonder servers are my favorite place to do so since they're always on top of updating it, being a large reason id like to moderate it, since i never see any other admins/mods on.
