It was a warning just as it states in the title, you're on your second warning out of five. Our Cheat-Control Plugin caught you attempting to cheat and give yourself infinite ammo (Impulse 101). Whether you manually typed the command into console or have a bind such as bind mouse1 "+attack; impulse 101" I highly recommend not doing it or any other impulse commands in the future on community servers that don't own/or admin for.
