What rules has the reported player broken?: Using a script to completely void chat, making it impossible for anyone to send messages on VSH 24/7 Skyhigh Resort.

Proof: I'm pretty sure the chat logs will be enough. From the time of posting this, 15:52pm(GMT+1) the player is still spamming, though he has been doing it before this point.

Can't seem to get any chat logs from it as HLstatsX is rather slow. If you could provide screenshots of him spamming (if he hasn't already buggered off), then it'd be much appreciated.
