Reason for appeal: I was unaware that i was muted and was not told that i was muted and was kick for "don't talk" which i didn't understand then i talked to jim and he said i was muted then i stoped talking and i got banned when i typed a question to him in chat

You were completely aware you were muted, I told you over voice and you continued to whine saying "oh but I wouldn't be able to talk so I'm not". I've caught you three times in the past few days enforcing false rules, (this time it was you saying once cells open it's a freeday if warden doesn't give orders which is not true). I eventually kick you after telling you off to stop talking with the reason you gave of "don't talk", then you reconnect and start talking over mic again. Wait it out.
