Resolved Can't use my donor powers

So I got donor rank yesterday by donating $2, and that same day I got my powers and started using them.
Today I booted up TF2, went on a Blackwonder server and typed in /ccc, which didn't do anything. I tried other commands like /voicefx and they didn't do anything either. My donor tag is gone, but the chat colour is still there.

Can I get them reinstated? I'm gonna guess it's some sort of bug.

Reconnect? Or what server you have this issue with? So I can see if it's just you or everyone on that server. So it's easier for Benedevil to find back the issue. x

Reconnecting won't do anything. I don't have my powers on every server, though I found out about it on a deathrun server.

I'm going to guess this problem has been resolved, as it was probably just a database error
