Cant use donator commands

last week i become a donator but i can use donator commands. In only one hale server i can use these commands and i cant use it in other blackwonder servers even in other hale black wonder servers. It says u cant access this command. Can someone help how to fix this. thanks in advance

There has been a problem today with commands both for admins and donors, it will be fixed with the next server restarts (by tomorrow), sorry for the inconvenience. (This is for EU servers only as far as I'm aware)
