Can't trade with Storebot?

When trying to trade with Storebot, they don't seem to have any metal available. if I try to trade the equal amount with weapons, he says "You don't have enough coins! The items you requested are worth 99999999999". Is this just a problem with the bot? Is this just a well known problem that has no solution?

Metal had to be manually restocked by the owner, not much to do except being patient until it's restocked

Those items are just disabled for buying

Is that because they would have to program every single tf2 weapon?
