Resolved Can't trade with Storebot

I'm trying to trade with the storebot by selling some refined metal but it wont accept my offer.

I cannot accept your offer because you are unable to trade!

Is the message I get when I send the offer. I have mobile authentication and I never had any problems with trading before. Is it because my profile is gagged from talking on servers? Idk.
