Why would you like to become a moderator?
I spend a lot of time on the Blackwonder servers because I enjoy them, however, it's hard to have fun when people are on the server breaking rules. I would like to be a moderator to help keep the servers fun and positive. I've reported 100+ rule-breakers to admins directly or through the Discord, and it would be good to be able to deal with the rule breakers if no staff members are able to get on the server and take care of it.

Alrightie Moose man, I'm happy to say i've be the first to review through your application tonight. I have bit to comment personally but we'll get through the nitty gritty first.

1.) Time Benchmark/Activity

- You have well over our 3 day playtime benchmark which is perfect,

B.) General Activity
- You actively play on our servers a lot which is also great to see. You're also a regular on our trade servers (specifically Trade MC Neon, and MCWorld_a7) and are attentive, friendly and helpful to other players with any questions they have about the server, the rules, or general trade advice.

2.) Punishment History
- None that I could find on record

3.) Recent Chatlogs
Chat logs are clean and and Voice Chats have been also clean while I've online.

4.) Punishment Ladder
Your punishment ladders look very clean and organized, I do just have 1 comments and 1 question for you though.
A.

Harassment/Offensive/Toxic/Begging Conduct Via Chat (In game, Steam, Server Discord, PM's, BLW Forums) And/Or VC Microphone:

As a BLW Moderator, you will not be in charge of administrating/moderating our discord as they are both managed by our Admin team. Same goes for the BLW Forums (Obviously though if you witness anything report it to an admin for them to take care of. Only exception is for PM's/DM's, we generally don't touch those but if it's blatant spam, advertisements, etc. just report it to an admin and have them deal with it.
B.
How would you adjust a players punishment if they attempted to evade a punishment you're actively attempting to put on them (Via if they change names in-game to other players names, leave the game abruptly, etc.)? Feel free to make a new list for this

That pretty much wraps up your punishment list and all the nitty gritty details.

5.) Personal Comments

This is absolutely true, I bare myself as a witness receiving helpful dm's/#requesthelp pings from you provided with screenshots, comments, whenever any of the Trade Servers having attendance of any rule breakers and he's been a great help overall.
All in all, you're a cooperative thoughtful person who although doesn't go out of their way to be noticed but is sincerely looked up upon highly by a lot of our small trade server community.

Oh and last side comment thing that I forgot to mention. I'd recommend boosting your involvement on our forums, getting familiar with our forum report system will majorly help down the road so you'll know how to deal with punishments/punishment-appeals, as well as just check our #suggestions and maybe make on of your own. Love to see you be as engaged on here as you are on the game.

Thanks for the feedback and I appreciate the kind words. I have updated my initial post to remove any mention of Steam, Server discord, PMs, BLW forums. I have also included a punishment ladder for punishment evasion. I will definitely snoop around the forums/discord to increase my involvement within the community and meet other users/members of the community.
