so i just saw a demoman had ammo (as red) on stickybomb launcher and the round just started so i will ask do you still have to suicide if you have ammo? if you dont use it in the start of the round and like waiting to they go to a mingame and then use the ammo?

It's ammo glitching. Reds cannot have ammo in the start of the game in Jailbreak. If you do see a prisoner with ammo, you have to ask them to rejoin the server or kick them.
