I actually dont see any instances of donor abuse?

First time i played in a while, Vote gagged a guy micspamming screams and stuff.
Then we had one guy spinbotting. and people said to start a VTK, and looked. They 100% were..
Finally, there was a VTK on Retek Scrapper pl for what seemed, and still seems like ESP
In request help one admin, Jim, even made a joke about banning them for using spectator to "basically wallhack" after their friend claimed they were using spectator to guide them around and find cloaked spies (which of course retek denied saying they were telling classes)

And I did have a ticket open regarding that situation which Panyo also handled and marked invalid

Nothing was explained while discussing with Panyo the incident, which I can only assume the incident I had a ticket open is what caused them to give me a ban for, But i want to clarify. Seemingly everyone on at the time of them doing this and agreed that it was almost certainly ESP and pushed the proposed VTK through in less than half a minute (accidentally put second meant to say half a minute)

Retek showed proof of you votekicking him for no reason, you shouldn't be abusing your donator powers because of the way he's targeting you.
As I mentioned in your report against him, if he is continuing to target you constantly, record as much evidence as needed so we can prevent this behavior but that doesn't mean you should be kicking him EVERY minute or so. That's just hypocrisy at that point.

I can't genuinely tell if Jim was being serious or not but there was no proof in your report against Retek. Retek even showed their own POV which they went to spectator, tried to find you, and ended up finding the exact location of where you were. The only one clip that you sent, is hardly enough to go on.

I will be declining this, it only has a few hours left before your ban is up. Next time, record some evidence and show some proof.
