EU Normal Dodgeball for both parts of the question, unless my help is needed on any other Blackwonder server.

I occasionally play on the EU VSH Sky-High Resort 24/7 server and the EU Deathrun #2.
However if my help is required, I am willing to learn the corresponding server's rules so that I may help out in the best way possible.
Otherwise if not, I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there who are willing to put in the time and effort to help on those servers. Diamonds in the rough one may say.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I've been experiencing people breaking rules but there being some staff members I know that can't get on because they're busy or are asleep.
Another reason is because I've always liked helping others and being helpful in any way possible hence me listing my experience of being a Twitch mod at the bottom of this application.

How often do you play TF2?
Roughly 3-4 hours on weekdays and 5-6 hours on weekends, more if not busy.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate.
Stealing rockets:

Delaying the round by holding the rocket:
Everything that disturbs the peace like mic spam/chat spam. (Gag for text and mute for mic)
Advertisement of illicit software is a perma gag/mute.
Hacking/cheating is a perma ban after sufficient evidence has been recorded.
NSFW sprays would be an immediate spray ban. If they wish to appeal the decision, they can do so on the forums.
!calladmin abuse would result in a 3 day ban once I have the screenshots/recording of the incident. Repeat offenders would get a week, then a month and then a perma ban.

I work in a school from 8am till 4pm, Monday - Friday. My timezone is CET. An hour ahead of UK.
I actively mod on Twitch and Discord for a GTA RP NoPixel Developer called Elochai, his chat can get quite busy at times depending on who commissions him for clothing and it can get up to a couple thousand people at a time in chat.
Been a mod in a few other chats as well.
That's my experience when it comes to modding.
Can't really compare that to TF2 though or at least I don't think they're really that comparable.

- Second: warning and slay
- Third: 1 day ban
- Fourth: 3 days
- Fifth: a week
- Sixth: a month
- Seventh: perma
Blocking rockets:
- First offence: warning
- Second: kick
- Third: 1 hour ban
- Fourth: 6 hours
- Fifth: 12 hours
- Sixth: a day
- Seventh: 3 day
- Eighth: a week
- Ninth: a month
- Tenth: perma
