1.: There are these "quick navigation" buttons everywhere which are probably not used by anyone. Remove them or align them right.

2.: Show everybody at once or remove the line break.

3.: Birthdays

4.: Remove drop down menu, because it redirects you to the same place

5.: The only drop down menu with icons, align icons or remove them

6.: Introductions?

7.: Only allow certain prefixes in different sections of the forum.
