I had 523 credits/points i buy 1 ref and now i have 73 credit but i don't have ref fix it and i want my ref

I think you could have asked it more nicely, since the refined you're getting is almost free.
But still, you must wait for the owner @Benedevil to fix it for you, it happens sometimes.

As you don't know English that well, just when you are asking for something, next time add "please" to your question like "Can I have my ref please?"

And the owner will be back in two days but he'll have to catch up with everything that happend during his holidays. The moment he has time, he'll help you out. If you still haven't recieved it in four days, come here and ask again as he might have overlooked it.
