Hi, my problem is that the bot I have given 1 refined and 2 scraps,he took my metals, and gave me the credits, but later with that credits, I bought the Max Hat, but the Bot don't have that hat and I lost the credits.

I need the credits or give me my refined and my 2 scraps.

Furthermore, ¿How trade with this bot without problem? Because i would like obtain that hat.

You can only get items in the !store using credits while you're on a BLW server, I'm unsure how you bought Max's Head (unless you got it in the building hats section, which only applies to your Buildings as engineer).
Storebot's purpose is to exchange your metal to receive credits and vice versa.
If you'd like Max's Head for every class, it costs ~20 keys on TF2 trading websites
