Resolved bot says "I cannot accept your offer because you are unable to trade!" when i try to withdraw one scrap

i have 3869 credits

i'm trying to withdraw one scrap but whenever i send the bot a trade i get a message from it saying "I cannot accept your offer because you are unable to trade!"

this makes no sense. i've put the correct items in the trade, i've withdrawn items before with no errors, i have steam guard, i have premium and i have escrow-free trades.

The SteamAPI is sometimes funky. I wrote a fix that should hopefully fix the issue.

I sent a trade but the bot didn't accept or decline it. It hasn't even messaged me.

Edit: Looks like the bot is offline

Edit 2: Looks like the bot is now online, also the bug has been fixed.
