When it comes to Blackwonder, I usually play on:
1. Deathrun
2. TF2Ware
3. Jailbreak
4. Class Wars
When it comes to community servers in general, it's a variation of what servers I find fun.
When it comes to normal TF2, I usually play casual.
I would like to moderate Jailbreak.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to become a moderator because all the time I've been playing community servers, there's always a "micspammer" or an "annoying" person that always wants to ruin the fun of other players.
I have recently bought donor using one of my "Mann co. keys" to stop this problem and I have stopped quite a respectable number of people that were seriously messing with the server I was playing on in a harmful way.
I would see myself as quite a helpful moderator since I usually see A LOT of people doing something bad when I'm usually playing on Blackwonder and I come by them quite often, I also think I would handle things quite good, now I'm not saying I'm perfect, far from that actually but I just think I would be a pleasent addition.
There are some things that I've also fixed about myself/are to be noted:
1.I have stopped using provocative language against other players/in general, most things I say nowadays that are harmful are mostly just jokes that I'm making with people I'm usually friends with in the server, I've also started being more friendly.
2.I would probably say that I get along decently with others, fights can break out but I usually apologise to the person I argumented with and we both manage to not become enemies and instead respect eachother.
3.That's about it, I have had gotten a gag and a mute for 3-4 days before but it was just for me being stupid and quite rude and also I had some warnings (the warnings were for minor things tho), I apologise for my past-self and the behaviour I had in these moments, I had restrained myself from doing those things ever since.
4.I'm sorry if I've made any gramatical errors in this application/repeated myself too much.

I play 1-2 hours per day and 2-4 hours if I have free time, I also have above 700-800 hours on record.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
EVERYONE
1. Gag a) if it's a slur/something harmful/promoting something,1 hour-1 day/2 days (depends on the message)
b) spamming,1 hours-1 day/2 days (depends on the things said while spamming)
2. Mute a) if said something harmful/slurs/promoting something,2 hours-2 days/3 days (depends on what is said)
b) mic spamming,2 hours-2 days/3 days (depends on what is mic spammed)
3. Ban/Kicking a) if hacking, report it to an admin/other moderators,1 day-a whole month (depends on what damage there has been done,can be extended to a perma-ban also if it's critical)
b) other harmful behaviours,the length of the kick/ban can depend (based off what there has been done)
4. Spray-banning/Conscientious Objector a) if it's something harmful/NSFW,a few days - perma-ban (depends on what is sprayed and how bad it is)
5. Ban evading a) if a player is ban evading,that's a one week ban to a perma ban from the server (depending on how often it is done and by who it's done)
6. Toxicity a) if a player is constantly trying to be toxic towards others/in some sort of way,the gag/mute rules shall be applied upon them (as shown above in the Gag/Mute category)
7. NSFW Usernames/PFPs a) if a player has an innapropriate username or profile picture - perma-ban (the ban can change based off how innapropriate the username/pfp really was)
GUARDS
1. Teamban a) if massfreekilling/freekilling, 1 day-7 days (the length of the teamban depends based off how much it has been done)
b) if griefing in some sort of way/griefing in general, a few hours (1 hour-12 hours)-4 days (based off how badly/much it has been done)
2. Gagging,Muting,etc. will be procedded as it has been said above in the EVERYONE section.
DONORS
1. Taking away donor a) if donor is abused/messed with some sort of way, it will be first sent to an admin/other moderators and then looked upon if it should be taken away or not, it can also be taken away instantly if the behaviour is critically dangerous.
2.Gagging,muting,etc. will be applied to donors as is it applied in the categories above (GUARDS,EVERYONE).
THINGS TO NOTE
1. Duration of a gag,mute,ban,etc. can be modificated (lenghtn) if it is needed to do so.
2. Other rules I haven't mentioned (I only mentioned the main ones) will be taken care of based off what the Blackwonder rules say so about that specific rule. (the necessary time will be applied based off how badly a rule has been broken)

1st Edit: Changed some things in order to make this application better.
2nd Edit: I recently just got a warning for "being toxic", which defeats the whole porpuse of me saying that I've become friendlier towards others and that I've stopped being toxic, but at the same time I got warned for that because a moderator didn't know that me and a friend were being mean to eachother as a joke in the server. (it's an inside joke don't ask why me and my friend are mean to eachother as a joke lol)
