Super/Regular Zombie Fortress.
Rarely play it but when I do it's so fun, especially SZF. Gives you an even harder time and forces you to work with what you're provided with so you can't just choose a cheese method that'll win every time.

Definitely Deathrun. I personally don't really like Jailbreak because it's sometimes lots of kids blowing your ear drums up. (no one will actually care but just saying)
Unfortunately, I quit TF2 for lack of updates, but it still has a special place in my heart
