Why would you like to become an admin?
Because I don't see any admin in this server, and some players are abusing the beggar's Bazooka crashing players computers me and my friends try to stop them but they don't stop, we tried to talk to them but still they don't reply. Some players spam mic on the server and the rules said " English only when using the voice chat" but they use different language. So can you please make me admin? If yes I'll do my best to server you . If no its ok D:

It would be a great idea to get discord since we have a staff chat. There is also a channel where we receive in-game reports and a channel where people can ask for help.

I have a hard time believing you can play all the time. It would be better if you could specify the time you can give into the server.

You have to expand this. Which rule are we talking about? How long for the first offense and what if it continues?
A good idea would be to read the rules and accepted applications.
