Declined Banning Bonk Atomic Punch?

Can we ban the Bonk Atomic Punch? Everytime when I come on any JB server, I see atleast one or 2 scouts using the Bonk Atomic Punch. And it is very annoyying because they keep baiting with the Bonk Atomic Punch.
