Why would you like to become a moderator?
Been playing Blackwonder for almost my entire career of tf2. I’m very even tempered and understanding too people. For experience I would say basic commands and understanding of the rules. I’ve been around for a little, however if you were to go to US 100% crits 85.117.240.61:27055 a lot of the people recognize my name I’m even good friends with some of them

How often do you play TF2?
1k hours total I have like 160 in 2 weeks
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
For example the servers I would be monitoring can have things like voice spam to racial slurs being shot every second
I would be using commands such as-
sm_gag <target>- target is spamming character voice or is spamming medic
sm_mute <target>- target is using voice chat to produce annoying sounds and/or music non stop. In my opinion if it’s been making sound non stop for at least 3 mins I would use this
sm_ban<#userid or name><time or 0>[reason]- target is using cheats as in Wallhacks, Aimbot, bhop scripts, Fly hacks. Also if target is trying to avoid a ban by making a new account
sm_kick <#userid or name>[reason]- Target using slurs or breaking any of the rules after being asked to stop more than once

I’ve just started being a donator this month and the experience has been extremely fun
Also I have a work schedule from 11am-5pm central time
