Declined Auto tban votedodgers who leave the server to avoid a vote tban

When a player breaks the rules and a donor initiates a vote to tban the rule breaker, the player can just leave the server, wait a bit, and rejoin without being tbanned because they weren't on the server when the vote ended. This can be a issue as it basically renders the voting system useless and will require waiting for a admin to get on or a report to be reviewed to deal with the player, which can take a while sometimes. During this time frame, said player may be able to cause more issues on the server due to not being punished yet. To deal with this issue, a solution would be that when a player leaves to avoid the vote to tban them, they can get automatically tbanned for dodging the vote.

If someone is purposefully avoiding votes that are placed on them, that's not just a donor problem. Either notify a moderator who mods for the server, or if you wanna go above and beyond record a demo of the reasoning behind the vote, and the them actively avoiding another vote you throw up.

The only reason I disagree with your suggest system is because if by rare chance someone gets a vote thrown up on them and they get dc'd or the server updates midvote it pretty much guarantees a punishment provided no questions and vote provided.

But then donors could do whatever they wanted with no voting involved which isn't a good idea since anyone can be donor.

For example, when they know someone is about to disconnect or when it is map change.

Perhaps a better option would be if the vote teambans the offender if the "yes" votes have a majority when they leave. Even this would cause problems, however, as a donor abuser with a group of friends could constantly levy undodgable teambans against whatever player they wished.
Donor powers are limited for a reason.
