And games with Pegi 12 and above (yes including 16) may contain swearing freely as it won't increase it's Pegi value.

The way I used it wasn't racist.
I didn't call them any bad thing, in my eyes the "n" word is talking about a person of skin, even in Wikipedia it says it's USUALLY used for racist jokes (that means there are sometimes it isn't racist) which for example this time it wasn't.

It can still be seen as casual racism and extremely offensive. I've heard it used so many times that I'm essentially desensitised to the words actual meaning but that doesn't mean I don't see it as offensive.
Also, marking as invalid as it does not use the proper ban-appeal format. Go make a proper one via the link provided on the forum homepage.
