An admin (i dont know who user it was)

Why were you punished?
for no mic

Why should we revoke your punishment?
because I had a mic and he even told me to test it and I did but later on he just banned me for no mic forever and I was like confuse, if I am unban ill test my mic to one of the staff member and proving that I do have a mic.

Chances are it was glitched, happened to me a couple of times where it didn't register my mic.
If you want to get unteambanned then go to their discord (https://discord.gg/E4C3vj) and prove it to a staff member.
Or prove it in-game to a staff member.

Have an admin mic check you in game to have your no mic teamban removed.
