Ghosting via discord, with friends

Why should we revoke your punishment?
1: This is all took place on a (2Fort) deathmatch server which has no finite rules against ghosting, the only rule there is No Spawncamping https://blackwonder.tf/pages/rules/

2: I was playing Engineer in the intelligence room for the entire ordeal and only made a comment on how Ghosting isn't against the rules of a deathmatch server, However, I have no demo/recording proof I was playing engineer or doing so in the intel room so take this with a grain of salt

3: There are no demos proving the fact that I was using the info from my friends on discord to gain an advantage (Again I was playing engineer in the intel room)

4: After speaking to a staff member about all of this and my ban length they said that Permanent bans are reserved for more extreme cases such as Crashing Servers,
With that shouldn't the ban have been a month or two instead of permanent?

Herro,

I've undone your ban as it has been a while. Even though it's not stated in the rules, it's common sense that using a friend in spectator to ghost the location of the enemies, especially invisible spies is an unfair advantage that is considered cheating.
The permanent ban was an error on my part, it was too harsh. My apologies.
