Which servers have you previously managed? One server on Minecraft, I forget the name, and I think they shut down.

I used to admin for blackwonder but was removed for abuse
On what servers do you usually play on? Blackwonder US(that's generally the servers) nothing outside of the US because of internet
Why would you like to become an admin? I admin for other servers, aswell as i used to be an admin for blackwonder, I'd like to redeem the mess I did back in 2016. in the last few years i've really matured in respects to my other posts on this forum. I do know why I was removed, and I do know why most of the current staff dont want me back, I believe that all persons should be allowed a chance of redemption and with that being said i've also noticed on the servers I play there's never an admin on to deal with a cheater or spammer of such, which is also why im applying again. I'd also like to apologize for my childish posts in the past hoping to make amends.

When are you usually available to play? Right now untill I get my SSC, im usually online most of the day, when i get my SSC im planning on grabbing a job so i won't know how active i'd be after that.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the game modes you play Based off the fact you guys changed your punishment system i'll have to change my way of thinking.
For spammers I usually give them a warning or 2 at most then after that I try not to go to muting or gagging but if I have to I will.
1(warning) -> 2(warning -> pending situation) -> 3 mute/gag(30m) -> any further infractions, I would like to talk to another staff member before applying a punishment.
Racism - This may be just me, but I have a zero tolerance policy for racism, sometimes if its a joke and its known I don't care
1(warning) -> 2(30m Mute/gag) -> any further infractions i'd like to talk to a staff member.
Cheating - I Also have a zero tolerance for this, but its me
Grab a demo or recording proving cheats and review with admins.
Exploits - This depends on the exploit really, if it's like the one report against a player I just did, i'd talk to ben first
If its an OOB or Godmode Exploit 1(warning to stop) -> 2 Kick -> 3(30m ban for exploits -> any further infractions I'd talk with staff member
Spawncamping - this varies from admin to admin, but here's my say
I am lenient to this in a way I'm not "spawncamp - ban"
1(warning) -> 2(slay) -> 3(30m ban due to spawncamping, any further infractions talk with other admins)
Innapropriate chat/voice/sprays/etc.
This really depends on the situation, i'll use "porn" for this example
1(warning) -> 2(10m mute/gag) -> 3(30m mute/gag) -> any further infractions talk to admins
Ads for cheating - even if it is a joke
I don't have a tolerance for this regardless if its a joke, it just ruins the fun either way
