Completed Anti-Camping in The Hidden

So recently I was playing on The Hidden server again, and for those who play on there once in a while, know that corner camping is a big reason why the one who is chosen as the hidden will lose half of the time. Either he can't get a kill to keep his hunger up or dies to the spam of rockets.

So, I like a plugin that either damages or kills you if you stay at one place for too long. This should counter the whole camping aspect to the game and make it more friendly towards the hidden when the server is filled up. Perhaps this should be enabled when an X amount of players is connected to the server.
But I'd like to see other people's thoughts on this.

Bomb detonation delay has been decreased to 1 second from 1.8 seconds. Please let me know if this is enough to prevent camping, if not we can look into alternate solutions
