Hello! I would like to report these 3 kids from Poland. They were continously speaking in Polish even after hearing about the rules.

1. Incorrect format. Please use the correct format here next time.
2. Providing STEAM ID's are very very useful. Saves me and the other sadmins a bit of time having to search for rule breaker's ID. In this case, there are two people named Mr. Scout on HLstats.
3. I only saw Mr. Scout speaking foreign in the demo, so he's the sole person getting punished. He has been given a day mute. Thank you.
