Just make it uncommon. If you say no because it heals, it barely heals, and overheal is almost useless. Uber sucks worst than the quick fix. oh, it's good against fire, Darwin danger shield, man-melter, another medigun, airblast, or the millions of med packs around the map. Like why would you use vac any other medigun everything else? And when you find a rare weapon for the medic and its the vac it's like wtf?
