Seems reasonable considering one account got banned by the anti-cheat and the other 4 were dupes trying to get back onto our servers however will play it safe and ask one of the managers. @Chris TCC

Ban is legitimate. Looks to me you made a bunch of disposable accounts and tried cheating on them. A few have game bans too.
We don't unban cheaters.
