If like there is one non rebelling red who didn't get his lr. Probably should go warden
If there is more than one non rebelling red, you don't have to go warden.

You are required to go warden if you are on blue (even if you are the last one). It's in the rules. You can lgka if you are the last blue and the warden locked before hand. If you don't lgka then it is delaying. Make sure to confirm that the last red is a non rebelling before giving an lr.

If you can confirm there are non-rebelling reds, and reds are eligible for LR this round (not a freeday, War Day, etc.), you should and must go Warden. Last Guard shouldn't really happen, especially if an admin/donors on keeping Impromptu freedays to a minimum.
