i think there screen shots in tf2 so when you take a screenshot in tf2 it automatically puts them in the screenshots folder in the tf folder sorry my detail is bad

Why TGA? Use PNG or JPG instead. You can simply convert TGA files to PNG/JPG with the freeware PAINT.NET or an online-converter.
Also, in-game screenshots are saved as JPG-files.

Thank you for your suggestion. However raw TGA images can sometimes be huge in file size and can not be displayed by the forums system.
