i would like to moderate Blackwonder Jailbreak server
Why would you like to become a moderator?
To be honest, i am tired of the mass rule breakers when there isn't any staff on the server so this is my chance to become staff to the fix that problem. But with my history on the server, i dont think i am fit for the job but i am willing to learn and fail.

How often do you play TF2?
mostly all day, but sometimes i switch off to play different games
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
I would give a third strike system, which is a warning, light punishment, then hard punishment.
First Strike: it depends on the rule break, if the mic spammed it would be 1 minute gag/mute, but if they spammed chat, it would also be a 1 minute gag/mute or kick. It mostly depends on the players offences.
Second Strike: would be a 32 minute gag/mute, depends on the situation. If a ban is more appropriate than a kick, it would not be longer than 30 minutes. But this if the player has multiple warnings for breaking the same rule and was issued for each, i would up the punishment.
Third Strike: would be gag/mute or ban, time depending on the severity and situation, but a minimum of 1 hour. But most of the hard punishment would be less then a day to let people to cool off and take a break from the game. But for people with massive offences would be a year before a perma ban.
There are certain situations where these would have to be bypassed. Only when rules have been broken without a doubt in my mind, would I then apply punishment to either control the situation or relieve the server of the problem. Some of these problems are constant hate speech, mic spamming, mass RDMs or just trolling.
I would like to also mention, i dont know the spray ban commands as its new to me.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I know i seem like i dont fit the job, i seemed to break peoples trust, but i would like to give it a try if you will have me on the staff team.
