Hi. I was the one who banned you.
To start - your punishment history is horrendous, mostly consisting of the same two punishments - Button Grief and MFK. You've had prior appeals which were declined and accepted respectfully for their own reasons. Speaking on recent terms - you were permanently team banned back in March for button griefing - which was only appealed a week or so ago. Kimmel specifically told you to be careful when he accepted this appeal, and, in my eyes I don't think MFK'ing 5 days after your appeal is a way of "being careful"
Whether accident or not - it's still MFK. If we let things slide based on it being "accidental" the server would be a warzone. Killbinding after freekilling, or any form of rule breach isn't an excuse and doesn't exempt you from being punished. It is just a courtesy and the staff team can still apply a punishment that fits the situation.
Back to the "being careful" part - the rebel you tried to kill was directly next to *every* single red. It seems pretty care-free to shoot an AoE Explosive right next to them, with half the server immediately pointing out the difference between a big rocket and a simple shotgun.
You were fortunate enough to have your last perma t-ban removed so soon. Having the perma re-instated after 5 days and making an appeal only 3 days later doesn't bode well, and fits the track of your last perma ban.
The team ban will remain in place, if you wish you may re-apply in the future, however it's clear through your history that you either do not belong on the blue team, or you need to turn your brain on before joining the blue team.
And please, if you get unbanned in the future - please don't play a class with AoE.
