I would love to Mod on x10s, x100s, 2Fort, MvM (Got back into Tour's.. I LOVE IT!) and Jailbreak (Played a lot as a kid!),
Why would you like to become a moderator?
Considering servers are running 24/7 and not everyone can be on at all times, I'd like to volunteer to moderate servers to prevent any downtime the blackwonder.tf community might have. Although I may not have the skill level and crazy play time as many others may have in the community, I do make up in social ability.
As mentioned before how I play a lot on x10, x100 etc. servers a lot, I do find some irritability that there aren't as many mods as once were on these servers. I won't get into the details of my IRL work due to privacy, but I am a manager of close to 70 staff in an emergency and high stress environment. Throughout my time in this role, I have dealt with many rude, disgusting, racist and flat out disrespectful people. That being said, I have found some players, especially younger ones often spam, and use words like "reta***d" in every other sentence, even when other players ask them to stop speaking in such a way.
Here's the thing, I'm not trying to come off as some type of "liberal snowflake that can't take a joke", but I do find matters like this very serious. Although I love a good banter when people can insult one another in a joking man, but there is a line that I have often seen crossed in the servers I play on in BlackWonder. Disrespect takes all of the fun out of Team Fortress 2. In 2013, I grew up on TF2 when I was a wee little 13 years old, and remembering how excited I would be to login and hop on with my school friends and game until it was nighttime are memories I cherish forever.
As a server moderator, I want to make sure that beauty of TF2 gaming can remain. Although the TF2 community is losing members daily, I want to do my part to keep the "fun" in TF2 as long as possible, so the 13 year old's of today, can experience the same awesome memories I had as a kid back in the day.
I love Team Fortress 2 and so should everyone else. I believe that everyone is entailed to fair and equal fun, without having to deal with toxic outliers in the community.
(I know I made this semi sentimental, as explained not to do in the application guide, I believe it only helps inform the community about how passionate I am about TF2 and not doing anything purposely wrong. If I'm wrong, mods please let me know and I'll rewrite the app).

Within the past few months, I have gotten back into TF2 and to my knowledge, I have been averaging around 5-10 hours a week due to being a full time student and almost full time employee.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
General Rules
Chatspamming; 1st warning > 2nd warning > 1 day gag > 2 day gag > 1 week gag > 1 month gag > permanent gag.
Micspamming; 1st warning > 2nd warning > 1 day mute > 2 day mute > 1 week mute > 1 month mute > permanent mute.
Inappropriate Spray; Permanent spray ban
Inappropriate Decal/Avatar; Ask to change Decal/Avatar to a different picture ASAP. If no change then, kick.
If repeat, ban for an hour > ban for 1 day > ban for 1 week > ban for 1 month > ban for 3 months
Hacking; Record a video and once sufficient evidence has been provided > Permanent ban.
Else if unsure whether or not suspect is cheating, ask an admin to view it and if multiple perspectives agree > Permanent Ban
Advertising cheats; Get a screenshot: If the suspect is cheating, permanent ban. Else, permanent silence.
Exploiting; Slay with warning, if they continue > 1 day ban > 2 day ban > 1 week ban > 1 month ban > permanent ban
Impersonating Admins; If suspect is impersonating specifically to threaten victims, warn them. If they still continue > 1 day gag/mute > 2 day gag/mute > 1 week gag/mute > 1 month gag/mute > permanent gag/mute
Calling out on Admins; Privately warn them, if they still continue > 1 day gag/mute
Abusing "!calladmin"; Warn them, if they still continue > 1 day ban > 2 day ban > 1 week ban > 1 month ban > permanent ban
Freekill: If I see it, I'll ask them to slay themselves. If not, instant slay the blue who did it and I'll revive the person freekilled, as well as teleport them if needed to the rest of the reds. Teamban if its excessive for 3 days>1 week
Mass Freekill: Record, Type status, teamban for 3 weeks and Instant server ban for 1 week (If person did it purposefully). If it was by mistake (MFK'er thought he/she was last guard before warden locked + he/she made an appeal), Ban for 2 days and teamban for a week.
Over talking Warden with useless talk (blue or red: Saying stupid stuff while the warden is trying to give orders like "Have you seen the news about this missing dog?! It's crazyyyyy, blah blah blah" you get the idea: Mute 2 hours>4 hours>6 hours>1 day>3 days
Over talking admin during mic check: Instant mute 1 day>3 days
Delaying: Ask to hurry up and rebel. If not, slay in 30 seconds.
Griefing Blue or Freeday: Ask them to stop. If they ignore- Instant slay. If it's a blue, teamban 6 hours (first timer)>1 day>3 days
No mic on blue: Ask them to use their mic. If it is very poor or they don't have one, permamute.Then, If they make an appeal for it, I'll listen and unmute.
Unwardening: It is usually because they have no mic or aren't sure what to do. Teamban 1 day>3 days>1 week

I love people and talking! I think it's important to sociable and charismatic when speaking with players as a mod to develop levels of trust and respect upon the community.
