Why do you want to become an admin?
I like helping people. Over time, and most noticeably on Jailbreak, which requires constant supervision, I've seen as people break the rules many times while I'm there and need to call for an admin or do a report, in which then the damage is already done. Were I an admin, I would prevent and alleviate these problems.
I'm always willing to help people and while I may be slightly immature on the chat, I do get serious when things are taken out of control.

i play everyday from 2am-11pm CTZ
How would you go about punishing a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc?
If a player is breaking a rule i'd tell him what is he doing wrong and then ask him to stop doing so.
If the player doesn't change his behaviour then i give one clear warning.
If this doesn't stop the player then i simply apply a minor punishment like a gag/mute
For hackers I'll record a demo or screenshots use that as proof for permanent ban.
Simple Rulebreaker: Depends on severity of the rule break. Will get warned to stop, if they do not listen, I will either kick or ban them Depends on the situation.
