Why do you want to become an admin?
This might sound like the most generic thing ever, but just listen. I believe I should become an administrator throughout all of the blackwonder.tf servers; I have spent a lot of time on these servers, and they provide lots of enjoyment for me. The people who play on these servers are almost always funny, polite and can take a joke. All the people who may or may not be in the community are a great laugh. I believe I should be able to monitor this community with ease and able access.

I love drinking tea, I enjoy baking cakes and I like to do photography. (Although I am not the greatest at it). I also have a very mild asthma. Furthermore, I am angered relatively easily. It doesn't take too much to tick me off.

How would you go about punishing a hacker/spammer/simple rulebreaker...etc.?


Donator abusing powers.

A demo will begin to record. I will warn the donator, then if it continues a kick, then a 30 min ban. If it is consistent I will ban for a maximum of 24 hours.

Squeaker/immature voice.

A warn to refrain from using their mic. If it continues, a 1 hour mute will ensue.

Being offensive/racist language.

A gag/mute for 1 hour without a warning. An explanation will follow however.

Hacker.

I would immediately start recording a demo under a suitable name. I would either go to spectate if they are using silent aim or just spinning around, as they do; if they are using aimbot, I would switch to spy and they would shoot and kill me while I was invisible. After enough evidence I would then permanently ban the user.

Mic-Spammer

Begin to record a demo. Warn once, and only once. If it continues give a 1 hour mute. If they continue to spam after the 1 hour, I would give them a 24 hour mute.

Chat-Spammer.

Screenshot the spam. I would warn a singular time, if it continues, a 1 hour long gag, after the 1 hour, if it prolongs, I shall enforce a 24 hour gag.


Simple rule breaker.
(This would fall under spawncamping, short yet loud noises in mic etc)

1 warning. Simple. If it continues, a kick, once more, a 30 minute ban. After the 30 minutes, if a continuation has occurred, a 12 hour ban.


Edit 1: Changed the sub-titles of some of the names of the punishments.

For why you want admin, you never really told us. You just talk about how good the community is. You also mention it "doesn't take too much to tick you off," and while I appreciate your honesty, that is a terrible quality for an admin to have. Admins need to remain cool, so they can maintain an impartial and calm train (haha) of thought. I also feel some of the comments you make are out of place, and really not something a staff member would say. Here is another instance of why I'm not comfortable even going neutral. Just because the dumpster exists, you haven't got to spam useless threads. Not only is it unprofessional, but it takes up server space (I'm by no means on the technical side, but Bene has to pay to keep the website up and likely for storage to store all of the threads and whatnot, it can get costly).

EDIT: That's not to say we don't encourage fun, I love reading funny stuff! But the stuff you posted in the dumpster was pretty tasteless IMO.

Dude, I get that he's application is bad but no need to be so aggressive. He's supposed to get feedback so he can improve in the future, but instead, you're cursing him way too much for it. And what's with the caps? Did he murder your family? All he did was try to become an admin so he can help the community. By the way, they're only 16 active admins, so it's kind impossible for him to know the entire team, but hey, I'm not the owner, nor an admin so I shouldn't be talking.
