I love your Deathrun server. To avoid that ppl are spamming, ghosting, mic spamming etc.

How would you go about punishing a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc?
A hacker cheating pretty oubviously simply instant banning him. If he seems to have one but i'm not sure i simply record it and ask you guys.
Spammer i warn them. If they dont stop, i gag them for 30 mins (same as mic spamming).
Delaying i warn.If he doesn't go and keep delaying. I kick
Ghosting i warn as well if he does it again i kick him.
Other rules as well warn and kick if doesnt stop.
