Declined Admin Abuse

So this guy named keRknOr pretty much muted me for talking in voice chat. Then I roasted him by calling him a butt and got gagged. When I reported for admin abuse he then banned me which is stupid. No leniency isn't fun. You aren't making a difference by banning people for messing around. Also, what's the deal with "micspamming"? TF2 has a built-in mute feature and half the time micspam is funny.
