Declined Adding Forum rules

So like, i wanted to check earlier if i was breaking any forum rules, so i went onto the rules section, and oddly enough, there wasnt a single mention of the BLW forums, there just isnt a forums rule list, and ik forum rules are just typically: "Don't be toxic, have common sense, no NSFW, do not shitpost and/or necro threads, do not post unnecessary threads as it will go in the Dumpster." and stuff like that, but a lot of people love to get technical with the rules, and for people that are new to the forums, this can confuse them.
since i couldnt find any actual rules, i just went off of the discord rules and the multi platform rules are extremely vague.
i may be completely dumb and have just missed the rules, but i think you guys should officially make a "forum rules" list to make sure no misunderstandings happen.
