Declined Adding a item menu

Ive been looking true some custom servers and noticed that there are some servers that have a !item cmd to open a tab with a catalog of items that u can equip on that server like weapons and cosmetics with also a option to customise that set weapon to add like a australium shader on ur weapon if posible.
Would be nice to have in the blw servers to give a chance to players that dont have nice cosmetics/unusuals to wear those items in the server.
