Completed Add jb_quake_v1

The older version of this map was removed because of the cramped hallways, confusing map layout, and some lrs were broken by the map. This newer version is more open, is easier to navigate with a more cohesive layout, and includes quite a few minor improvements. But I am not certain if some lrs would remain broken in this version of the map, if they are still bugged then I would understand why it would not get re-added.

I originally had this map (the older version) removed due to the issues stated above, and also that the original map maker had given up on the map. I might give this new version a try, but I'm kinda skeptical.
