Completed Add Dustbowl Zombie to Medics Vs. Engineers.

Dustbowl Zombie is a very good map and makes the original Dustbowl look bad in comparison, Dustbowl zombie has some good spots and good colony spots, a very balanced map.

And also I just realized that upward open and cp_hybro somehow have weird versions of the map that can't be found online, such as cp_hybro_b10 but files only go up to b07, or either the server client isn't allowing us to download the maps?

I think both maps I found in the workshop. I have now corrected the fast download such that clients can download the new maps.
