Add Dustbowl Zombie, Hydro, Cashworks And Scarab For Medics V. Engy.

I think these maps would work semi-well with perks, but don't allow to build within the vents as they are pretty broken. Also a good chunk of hiding spots for both maps, pretty good for wanderers.
