Resolved Achievement engineer issues

With the exception of achievement engineer UK and EU, the achievement engineer servers which are BR, LA, NY, TX AND US have users using a exploit where you can keep capping and get infinite crits with the intel. plls fix because this bug has been like this for days now. The exploit issue is fixed where you used to cap with the round ending. Just the intel crits when any player caps needs to be removed asap.

Thanks for the info. I edited our plugin to remove this time. Need to still upload, but should be live tomorrow
