Why were you punished?
The reason was "micspam" but I was literally talking normally on mic with some background noise, birds were singing.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I don't compel the birds to sing, nor have the power to compel them to stop. Of all my comms bans, 2/3 of the admin bans were by 10k and neither were "micspam." Both were literally mild sounds in my mic, weather birds or *breathing* that lasted for less than 5 seconds and none of which was even loud, and again only lasted a few seconds.

That should cover why the "micspam" reason is false and the "priors" reason is mostly false.

Wow, didn't even remember those. Still doesn't explain the "birds = micspam" and "not instantly letting go of mic = micspam"

It's clear upon further review that your mic is just awful rather than you intentionally micspamming, updated the mute accordingly. Demo of the round is attached, your mic is decent at first but then starts picking up the background noise of both you finger slamming your keyboard and your bird screeching nonstop while you're giving orders. I would recommend getting a better mic if you wish to continue using it here.
As for the gag, that happens at tick 16500, although I took the liberty of attaching a screenshot for those of you viewing this on a mobile device. Needless to say, you threw any chance of this getting accepted out the window with that parting shot, smooth move there. Declined.
