Answered A question about spawn camping.

Mostly on dm_duel, there are many cases of spawn camping.
Everybody knows how anoying it is when you try to leave the spawn room and a pyro with charged phlogastinator kills you. Spawn camping is not a fair tactic and I think it should be somehow punished.
I don't know if I should report repeatedly spawn camping players.

Spawn camping on dm_duel is inevitable. it's one of the smallest maps out there. You can easily kill spawn campers, the maps and servers whole point is to duel, there is no other point in playing that server but to kill each other. If you want to avoid spawn camping don't play on Duel, Trade or Mario Kart.

Spawn camping may appear there too, right? If that happens (and the it is too hard to kill the camper) what should I do?
I'm asking because most spawn camping players will not stop after being told to.
