I was playing on the X10 server on CP_orange, and a user with the name stupid medic main I believe was breaking the rules. He was rocket jumping into spawn and repeatedly killed the team. I don't know what this means, but can I have some help on what to do?

Record him jumping into spawn and spawncamping, nab his Steam ID by putting "status" in the dev console and then make a report on him.
OR
Ask in the #requesthelp section of Discord so an online admin can respond faster.
OR
Sit in a corner and wait for him to get bored and leave.
